Description

Something simple for the gin purists; clean, a little cool from the eucalyptus notes, a bit of balance from the peppery notes. This plus a vanishingly small amount of vermouth and a briny garnish: a beautifully crisp martini. Little Bird People Development is different. We can help you identify and connect to your personal and organisational purpose, values and beliefs to make a real difference. We start by listening and we find out what drives and inspires your achievement. We build a mutually trusting relationship to understand the hurdles you face. And then, together, we create a positive, safe environment that allows us to remove limiting beliefs about our abilities and allows you to flourish without fear. The character “Miss Ginger,” on the bottle is a bit tongue in cheek. Ginger is a key botanical in Little Bird Gin, along with nine others. However, the styling and art pays homage to the works (read: pin-up girls) of Alberto Vargas. Tasting Notes A gin from Moses Odong, founder of London's first ever rum distillery, this one was apparently an accident — a byproduct of his experiments with making a juniper-spiced rum. Laced with all-spice and cardamom, let all accidents be this happy. You may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us, or object at any time on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal information. While a bit hot, it has potential in a Martini. It reminds me a bit of an upgraded New Amsterdam Gin. It’s far more complex, with more juniper, and a better orange flavor all around. Overall, Little Bird Gin

My big brother and super hero Ian Chapman and big sister and roommate Karen Chapman pictured below, embraced me, supported me, guided me and loved me, even when I didn’t deserve it.❤️ We all learn differently. Which means that fixed, off-the-shelf change programmes often miss their mark. They can be disengaging, drain confidence and don’t create sustainable behavioural change. There's no distillery tour or bar as such (unless you get very friendly with Ian), so ask for it in good bars or buy bottles online. City of London Distillery, Fleet Street The heavy citrus flavor lends itself nicely to mixing where a citrus flavor is desired. Pair it with lemon in a Tom Collins or simply mix it with Tonic or Soda. The orange note is so vivid and literal, that it makes Little Bird Gin a surprise winner in a Gin and Cola. I’d be cautious though mixing it with stronger citrus mixers— think gin and juice, gin and lemonade. It may not shine as brightly as it’s only bringing a citrus note to the drink. The LIVE virtual tastings are carried out in the last week of the month. Please keep an eye on our socials for confirmed dates! The Little Garden will be beautifully decorated by All for Love, an independent florist and recent runners up at the renowned Chelsea in Bloom, People’s Champion Award. Adorned with outside seating and blankets, All for Love florists will use a mismatch of various planters and vintage barrels filled with herbs and colourful summer plants. In addition the garden will feature a floor of grass, mismatched pots of flowers, and flower-filled, up cycled gin bottles, creating the perfect, relaxed garden setting in the middle of the city to enjoy a tipple!

Little Bird Gin is a little bit of old. And a little bit of new. The old is a love of nostalgia, and it being distilled in the London Dry style. The new is the contemporary botanical blend and the excitement of being part of the Gin Renaissance. The brand was launched in the UK market in 2013. We also may use the information in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection. Christian Jensen's approach to gin is a simple one, which is why this distillery, underneath the arches in Bermondsey, only makes two types of gin: London dry and Old Tom. Quaff one or both on a Saturday, when the distillery bar opens. Line your stomach with food from Maltby Street Market. Mix with Beer Mile brews at your peril. This #WorldCareDay, I’m reflecting on my own care experience where I’m pictured below with my forever family. A piratically forceful 57.1% gin, with a scattering of seasalt. Perfect for a dirty martini; practically the briny escapism of a dirty martini all on its own, really. For salty punch per pound sterling (only a quid more a bottle than its gentler, standard strength sister, the Portobello Road No. 171 Gin), this one is The One.Not usually convinced by a sweeter gin, but we love the biblical, Song of Solomon headiness of the Figges Marsh. Macerated with figs and nano-distilled with honey; it's excessive, it's exuberant, it's quite damn expensive so also try to be as wealthy as a biblical king when purchasing.
